Philippines April 2023 DEPOSIT (diver)

Join South Jersey Scuba for our inaugural Pacific trip to Atlantis Dumaguete in the Philippines! This 12 day trip will be from April 15th to April 29th, 2023! ALL DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS ARE NON-RUNFUNDABLE

Ranked as one of the top destinations for scuba, Dumaguete is world-renowned for its muck diving and critter life but it is also home to stunning reefs and passing pelagics including barracuda, turtles, sea snakes, schooling snappers and jacks.  The dives sites have a number of great macro subjects, including pipefish, mandarin fish, juvenile batfish, seahorses, mantis shrimp, ribbon eels, dragonets, hairy squat lobster, snake eels, wonderpus octopus, bobtail squid, large number of nudibranchs, blue-ring octopus, harlequin shrimp, and flamboyant cuttlefish.

Trip pricing includes the following:

• Round trip airfare from New York to Manila provided by South Jersey Scuba. NOTE: Airline tickets and prices are unable to be secured this far in advance.  Cost of trip includes an estimated portion allocated to airfare- additional payments may be required. Upgrades are available for additional cost.
• Atlantis provides transfers between Manila and Dumaguete including roundtrip domestic economy airfare between Manila and Dumaguete with 70 lbs. of checked luggage per person and 15lbs carry on.  
• 12 nights deluxe room double occupancy – Includes free upgrade to beautiful Garden Suites (Single Supplement and Upgraded Rooms are available for additional cost).
•  All meals at Toko's Restaurant
•  Coffee, hot tea, iced tea and filtered water are complimentary throughout the day. Italian, other specialty coffees and fresh juice are complimentary until 10:00 AM and available for a fee thereafter.
•  One day trip to Apo Island or similar
•  Oslob Whale Shark Snorkel 
• Unlimited internet access

For Divers:

•  Unlimited scheduled boat diving at 8:30am, 10:30am, 2pm, 4pm and 6pm (excludes equipment rental, dawn dives, additional day trips)
•  Unlimited Nitrox (available for additional fee if certified, classes available thru South Jersey Scuba)
•  Camera Facilities 

DUMAGUETE DIVING CONDITIONS

• Water Temperature: Water temp is generally 27.5C/81F
•  Visibility: Typically 30 - 40ft at Dauin, 60 - 80ft at Apo Island
•  Weather: The average maximum temperature is 34.3 °C and the average minimum temperature is 22.9 °C.

 Not Included in cost:

• The marine park fees
• Unlimited nitrox (available for additional fee if certified, classes available thru South Jersey Scuba)
• Continuing education classes (available thru South Jersey Scuba)
• Coffee and Juices after 10AM, Alcohol, Bar, Spa, Room Amenities, and Boutique Shop

Payment Schedule (per person):

Deposit- $750 (diver and non-diver)

2^nd Payment- $1,000 due by June 24th, 2022

3^rd Payment- $1,750 due by September 16^th, 2022

Final Payment- $1,800 diver January 16^th, 2023

Diver Total- $5300*
