SDI-TDI Visual Inspector/Advanced Gas Blender/O2 Technician

This Visual Inspector/Gas Blender/O2 service technician course is designed to teach the user proper tank inspection procedures, safe Nitrox and Trimix blending procedures, fill station operation, and oxygen service procedures. Upon successful completion, user receives 5 total certifications.

Course includes eLearning for Visual Inspection Procedures and books for Nitrox blender, Advanced Blender, and O2 service technician. This course is a MUST HAVE for anyone looking to do their own blending.

User may elect to bring their own tanks for blending or use our shop practice tanks. If blending on personal tanks, cost of oxygen and helium per tank is additional at current rates per cubic foot needed. Class can also be taken as individual courses.

In an effort to reduce plastic waste, all specialty classes completed with SJS with include a digital certification only. A physical certification card may be requested as well for an additional $10.
**Visual Inspector and Fill Station Operator Certifications need to be renewed every 3 years.**

Skill Details:	blend a minimum of 5 tanks with varying gas mixes, inspect multiple tanks issuing proper visual inspection procedures and tools, clean various tanks to O2 cleaning standards

Includes: VIP course eLearning, reference materials, classroom time and hands on blending of Nitrox and Helium. Both days required.
