Join South Jersey Scuba from April 11^th to April 21^st, 2026 at the Volivoli resort at ‘The Soft Coral Capital of the World’ or ‘The Best Shark Diving Location in the World’.  

With such titles, it’s easy to call Fiji a world class dive destination.  The strong currents of the outer reefs bring nutrient rich waters from thousands of miles around, and in turn, lure in some of the most diverse life in the ocean, including everything from macro life to pelagic spectacles that defy the eye.  With more than 390 coral species and around 1200 fish species it’s an underwater naturalist’s dream. Wall dives, swim-throughs, caverns, canyons and incredible blue water encounters like bull sharks, wahoo and the occasional manta or whale shark make diving in Fiji an unforgettable experience.

The date and resort chosen for this once-in-a-lifetime trip is the Volivoli Resort from April 11^th to 21^st, 2026 (10 nights).  The resort offers a variety of accommodations from family rooms to private luxury villas with individual private pools, and has 3 bars and 2 onsite restaurants. Enjoy world class cuisine at the Nuku Bar and Restaurant overlooking the large swimming pool after pre dinner drinks at our swim-up pool bar. For a more casual experience dine at the Ra Bar- the beach side bar and bistro. Additionally, join the local staff and villages for Meke night, Kava ceremony and traditional Fijian culture.  Three room options are available:

Deluxe Ocean View (SOLD OUT, Waitlisting)- With two queen-sized beds, a large, double hand basin ensuite bathroom, and large area to store your dive gear, this room is the most spacious and affordable option for your vacation.  Diver Rate is $4,775 and Non-Diver is $3,650.  Single Diver Rate is $6,000.

Premium Ocean View (SOLD OUT, Waitlisting)- Volivoli’s modern take on a traditional Fijian-style home, featuring a plush queen-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom, with private lounge and balcony.  This room is perfect for the couple or single diver.  For couples, Diver Rate is $4,975 and Non-Diver is $3,850. Single Diver Rate is $6,400.

2-Bedroom Luxury Oceanfront (SOLD OUT, Waitlisting)- The most luxurious, these rooms have two king beds (can be split into single beds), sleeps up to 4 people, have amazing views , and have their own private pool.  Diver Rate is $5,200 and Non-Diver is $4,050 (Single beds or shared King bed). Single Diver Rate is $6,900 (1 King Bed all to yourself).

Volivoli Beach Resort has been chosen due to their proximity to the Bligh Water, also incorporating the Vatu-I-Ra Passage. The dive operation chosen to cater to your every dive needs is Ra Divers.  Established in 1989 Ra Divers is a fully-professional dive training facility providing Fiji’s premium dive experience.  With one of the most modern dive facility in the South Pacific, the building, structure, equipment, camera room and compressor room, with four compressors in line and two nitrox membrane plants are world class. All of the dive boats are custom built for Fiji diving conditions. The local staff are the most highly trained, qualified and experienced dive staff in Fiji. Many of our dive crew have grown up in and around these waters so they know the sites like their own back yards – as it is their back yard.  Included in the diving on this trip are 6 days of 2 tank boat dives, 2 days of 3 tank boat dives, unlimited shore dives, and unlimited nitrox.

Flight to Fiji on Fiji Airways will depart Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).  NOTE: An allowance of $1,000 has been incorporated into the cost of each person on the trip to allow for booking of flight (will be handled by South Jersey Scuba).  Final flight price will vary based on fare class chosen and are unable to be booked until approximately one year before the trip.  Final prices are subject to change due to inability of flights to be secured this far in advance.  Cost of trip includes an estimated portion allocated to airfare- additional payments on 4^th Payment by March 11^th 2025 may be required. It is up to the customer to book their own flight to LAX in time for the departure to Fiji.

Date of the trip: April 11^th to 21^st, 2026 (10 nights)

Flight Allowance: $1,000 allocated per person for Los Angeles (LAX) to Nadi (NAN).  Final flight price will vary based on fare class chosen and are unable to be booked until approximately one year before the trip.  4^th Payment by March 11^th 2025 will cover cost of roundtrip airplane LAX-NAN ticket in whichever fare class customer chooses.  NOTE: It is up to the customer to book their own flight to LAX in time for the departure to Fiji.

Payment Schedule is as follows:

Upon booking- $750 deposit (non-refundable).

2^nd Payment by March 11^th, 2024- $1250 diver rate, $750 non diver, $2000 single diver

3^rd Payment by September 15^th, 2024- $1250 diver rate, $750 non diver, $2000 single diver

4^th Payment by March 11^th 2025- $1000+ (all persons on trip, for roundtrip LAX-NAN flight, this payment will be full cost of airplane ticket)

Final Payment by September 15^th 2025- remainder of final payment and any adjustment to price

 Diver insurance is required for all SJS trips. Travel insurance highly recommended.
